100 Ways to Love Your Husband

Marriage is hard.  Simply put.  It’s true.  Just look at the divorce rate.  That’s why I am determined to find all the ways I can to try to make it a little easier for all of us.

One way is to focus on your husband’s needs.  That may be easy to say but I believe this to be quite the opposite of what our society tells us today… and that’s focus on your needs.  And I really believe that is what is causing so much divorce.  I also find that when I focus less on myself and what I need… and more on my husband and his needs, hubby is much more responsive and loving the way I need him to be. So, focusing on how to love your husband his way is really a win-win situation and will benefit you in the end!

Well, how do we love our husbands the way they need us to?  Because we all know how different men and women are.  It’s true.  That’s why I found this article to be very helpful in providing practical ways to love our husbands.  Some of my favorites and things I need to work on are:

  • When your husband is in a bad mood give him time to recover. Don’t crowd him.
  • Thank him for things he’s done around the house.
  • Don’t belittle his intelligence or be cynical in your words with him.
  • Surprise him with a 15 second kiss when he gets home from work.

These are just a few of the many ways I found to love my husband his way and in return, strengthen our marriage.  To read this rest of the article for yourself, go here.
