I am a lover of Jesus, wife of over five years, momma to three girls under age four (with another little due in January of 2013), learning to successfully manage my home and begin our homeschooling journey!
Coming from a generation where most of our mothers were full time workers, I was not equipped to handle all the hats of marriage, parenthood, and homemaker. Wow, was I ever overwhelmed!
As I began to learn and grow, I needed a place to organize all this treasured knowledge. That’s where A Purpose Driven Home comes in.
Whether you are a working mom, stay at home dad, part time worker, newlywed with no children, veteran know it all couple… you know the word “home” encompasses a whole lot. And if you’re like me, you just need a little direction, a little purpose some days. Well, most days for me. Ok, pretty much every day for me!

I love your blog! It’s really great and full of informative advice. I’ve been considering creating one of my own for a couple of months now. The girls are growing so fast! Congrats on the newest one on the way. Now can I subscribe to the blog? Going to go looking for a way to do that now, in case I don’t find it let me know!
Aw, thanks! You should go for it with your own blog! I had been feeling this urge to start one for awhile but was a bit nervous. I did a lot of research before, though, and filled a notebook with ideas to write on. That really helped to get me started. Yes, you can subscribe to the blog via different ways. I find the best to be through email, which there is an option on the right side to put in your email address. Also, I saw you liked the site through facebook. I think that’s another great and easy way to stay on top of the posts. Even though I only post about 1 -3 a day.
