My hall closets are in bad need of some organization. We are so blessed to have lots of closets in our house. However, these closets have become a place to throw everything that doesn’t have a place. And now they are overflowing. Yikes!
So, to get myself pumped to organize these closets, I turned to the internet for some inspiration and motivation. And boy, did I find some beautifully organized hall closets!
Cottage and Vine
I love baskets and bins. They do such a great job of corralling like items together, as well as keeping things looking neat and tidy. AND, they are pretty cheap and easy to come by!
Simple Effects
Now, I don’t expect my closets to look this nice and color-coordinated, but I would love to have my linens and towels looking this orderly. Right now, it looks like a tornado went through my linen closet!
Cowgirl in the CityOnce, again, VERY color-coordinated! I am liking the roll out drawers on the bottom and stackable crates. I have a hall closet that has this much space at the bottom and was at a loss of how to make the best use of the space. These are great ideas!
The Felt MouseThis is going to be my main mode of attack when organizing my hall closets – bins in all sizes! I am a couponing and craft-loving momma, so I have a good stockpile of toiletries and craft items in my closets.

Aaaahhh!!! I am SO IN LOVE with this beautiful craft closet! Especially because the items used to organize it (the round circular corks and skirt hangers) are very frugal ideas! I don’t expect my closets to look like this, but I may be able to incorporate some of the organizing techniques.

Ok, not super beautiful but this closet is organized! If I can get my closets looking like this (especially with 3 under 3 right now!), I will be very happy. 
I really need to organize my home and studio and these are great ideas.

What awesome ideas – I love the scrapbooking closet idea. That is what I need, except I need it for cake supplies. You now have me even more motivated to keep up my organizing. I recently put together some bins and pantry cabinets in my dining room to collect my couponing overstock in – however my hall closet with all the bathroom extras is a disaster! I have been able to collect a nice stockpile of bathroom items but running out of neat way to store them. This definately has sparked my imagination.
btw I still love your craft-multi purpose station you put in your kitchen. I have been wanting to create something very similiar just haven’t been able to get to it. Thanks for the inspiration!
